Most of the people who say bad things about Honey Singh just based on the lyrics of his songs don't know anything about him. They have too many misconceptions about him. We believe that the best way to understand a star is to see his interviews. So we would advise all the people who abuse him for his lyrics to watch some of these interviews. We have listed only long interviews here and not 2-3 minutes interactions which happen at small events or award shows and those interactions that really matter. Also, interviews have been listed in the chronological order.

This interview was done as promotion for the movie "Tu Mera 22 Main Tera 22" starring, Yo Yo Honey Singh and Amrinder Gill, who is another music artist in Punjab and has great music. Highly recommend his songs if you want to get into Punjabi Music. Back to this interview, it was entirely about the movie and was in Punjabi, so it maybe difficult for people who don't know Punjabi to understand. Although the talks were about the movie, but there were still several moments here and there about Honey Singh's personal life and his habits. So still recommend this interview.

2. With Sudhir Chaudhary on Zee News

This was the first serious interview of Honey Singh about his life and struggles and really brought out why he does what he does. The interview was done in the aftermath of all the events and cases that were imposed on him for "Main hoon Balatkari" which he never sang and thus most of the questions were about his vulgar lyrics and how he is affecting the Indian youth. The interview was in Hindi and Yo Yo gave proper answers to all the questions asked by the aggressive interviewer. Upon being asked why people say so much bad about him Honey Singh replied by saying that's because he has never interacted with people and people don't know anything about him. So he has now decided to stop denying going in the public and will be seen more on the TV from now on so that people can understand who he really is. This interview is highly recommended if you really want to see Honey Singh as how he is and change your perception about him.

Honey Singh's first long interview in English, this one also explored his personal life, but on a lighter note. Yo Yo talks about Indian youth and how they inspire him. He talks about his methods while writing a song and how he feels about his songs in Bollywood. While explaining about his struggles, he tells how he was rejected in both India and England and how it affected him. We discover him struggling with his English, while he tells how he is trying to improve it for his future talks with Oprah Winfrey! Anupama does a great job with asking the right questions at the right time so that we can get the most out of him. Honey Singh even sings Issey Kehte Hain Hip Hop rap and dances with shy Anupama on Lungi Dance. Another great interview!
